Five Priorities (Part 3)

Priority # 3 – Spend one-on-one time with family members.

“It is common for ministry families to feel as if their dad/husband cares more about the members of his church than he does about the members of his family. One way to avoid this is to spend one-on-one time with each member of your family. It doesn’t have to be weekly, but it should be regularly. On every occasion when you spend one-on-one time with your wife or children, you communicate the value they hold in your life. It would tragic if your family watched you leave the house time after time to attend meetings with other people but never made time to meet with them.”
